Retreats

Occasionally, we need to pause - and step away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. One way to do this is to get away from our daily life and go on retreat. Far more than a vacation, a retreat offers us time to ourselves to rest, heal, reflect, and renew our spirit. It is a time to cocoon so that we may emerge renewed, refreshed, and ready to return to our everyday lives with a new perspective. A retreat gives us time for uninterrupted meditation so that we may go deep within and spend time with ourselves.

Without the pull of deadlines, relationships, the Internet, or other media, we give ourselves time to go deep into our own solitude where we can fully reflect on our joys, sorrows, and fears, owning and releasing them as needed. We may even come to know and understand our life path more deeply. Hopefully, when we return home, we can take a little bit of this time alone back with us and create the space for deep reflection on a daily basis. We also may come back to our life renewed and ready to take on the world. The beauty of going on retreat is that no matter where you go or how long you stay, you’ll always meet yourself when you get there.

Retreats run $549.00 per person for a weekend and have early bird specials if you sign up in advance.  All of the retreats are scheduled and posted on our meetup site in Phoenix.  We have a retreat about once every quarter.

Connection and Love

“My goodness. I am just overwhelmed with joy right now. This weekend was an absolute dream. I spent three days with 14 talented, warm, and inspiring people just filling up my happy tank with laughter, tears, connection, comfort, love, and encouragement. I couldn’t have dreamed up anything more perfect. Thank you to Sharon and David plus all the beautiful souls that I met. You are all an incredible community with so much love. I am inspired and made better by the time I got to spend with you.” ~

What can I expect?

"The retreat was so awesome. I felt so deeply seen, loved, accepted, and taken care of. Once again I'm amazed at your capacity and courage to do what you do. I'm not sure if coming from me would make a difference for you but when you have doubts about the validity of what you do you are welcome to call me and I will tell you that in my opinion the difference you make in people's lives is the greatest and most important gift I know of."
